By accessing and using Mindvaultip ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Mindvaultip provides a platform for users to register digital fingerprints (SHA-256 hashes) of their ideas. We do not store the actual content of ideas, only cryptographic hashes and metadata such as registration timestamps.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their original idea text
- Ensuring the accuracy of information they provide
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
4. Intellectual Property
Users retain all intellectual property rights to their ideas. Mindvaultip claims no ownership over user-submitted hashes. The Service merely provides timestamped registration of cryptographic fingerprints.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Mindvaultip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
